The guest house was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was delicious. It is conveniently located in the center of town, close to various attractions and dining options. The staff were well-trained and attentive, making for a superb experience. 

I did not want to leave, spent fab time and can't recommend highly enough. Everything was great here - pleasant staff and warm rooms. This beautiful hotel was in central location in easy driving distance for many of Cornwall's famous landmarks. Food was appetising and 

It was truly a fabulous stay on a recent visit to Cornwall, the hotel met the needs. The location was marvellous there, in easy driving distance for many of Cornwalls famous landmarks. We had lunch in Mothers, placed close by.  

I really enjoyed this hotel and recommend it to anyone. Its location was magnificent, just next door to Porthleven harbour and taxis and parking.

Great breakfast, especially the salmon. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a central location and only a short 5-minute walk to the lake. 🍳

The rooms were lovely and very clean, and the breakfast was really great. The location was convenient, as it was close to Penryn, a Mexican restaurant, and the bus stop for Porthleven, it felt like a local area. 

The hotel's central setting close to all attractions made it a great choice in Helston. The brand-new room with freeview TV and a fridge was a truly enjoyable part of the experience. The well-trained and attentive staff added value 

Beautiful building, great location close to taxis and parking, Lizard, Kynance, Marazion and St Ives and Strathallan. Nearby Henlys Bar & Restaurant - great place to chill out.

Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and salmon. No complaints at all! Only 20 km from the airport. 🍳

We had a really good stay on a recent visit to Cornwall. The location was perfect for exploring this fairly quiet area, adjacent to the best pubs to watch the rugby, and later the football, Porthleven harbour, and several attractions. Penrose Estate was 3 km away. 

The new deluxe queen room was comfortable and centrally located with easy access to the coast, boating lake, and bus stop.
